Through our transformative mentorship program, we provide support and resources to navigate the college transition, overcome barriers and thrive both academically and personally.

MEET JENAY NICOLE
CEO & FOUNDER OF
I am Jenay Nicole, the CEO and Founder of MotivaShe, hailing from Trenton, NJ. I pursued my education at Coppin State University. My motivation for establishing this venture stems from a deep-rooted love for my community and a desire to steer away from negative patterns that plagued my city. The impetus to guide and support the youth was profoundly influenced by my late father, Lamar Crawford, a revered figure in the community who served as a basketball coach in various community recreation centers.
My commitment to extend a helping hand specifically to young women lacking a substantial support system at home gave rise to the conception of MotivaShe. Through this initiative, I aim to break the chains of generational limitations and provide the guidance needed to empower these girls. My passion for nurturing the younger generation has been a constant driving force, requiring me to chart a focused course that aligns with my determination to make a positive impact on my city.
